Andres Camacho has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andres started their career as a Technical Support Agent at Stream Global Services in 2008, providing troubleshooting and warranty service for Hewlett Packard laptops. In 2008, they also worked as an Intel Server Support Agent at Sykes Enterprises, where they provided technical support for server products and motherboards.

Andres then joined Teleperformance in 2013 as a Microsoft Answer Desk Technician, where they provided solutions and excellent customer service to end users, troubleshooting issues with Windows operating systems. In the same year, they worked at NCH Software as a Technical Support Representative, troubleshooting software applications on different platforms such as Mac OSX, Windows, iPhone, iPad, and Android.

In 2014, they worked at IBM as a GSD Delivery Agent and at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Technical Solutions Rep V, providing hardware and software technical support for Multi-Functional Printers and assisting customers with printer drivers installation, network setup, and troubleshooting.

From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Auxis as a Service Desk Analyst, providing technical support for clients such as Scholastic and Robertshaw and adhering to ITIL best practices for ticket and call management using ServiceNow.

In 2018, they joined Hypercore Networks Inc. as a VoIP Engineer/Project Manager, coordinating and scheduling tech dispatches and creating reports for customers. Andres also served as a Tech Lead Engineer in the Network Operations Center (NOC), acting as the point of contact for NOC agents and customers and serving as a backup manager.

Currently, they are working at Nitel as a Network Operations Manager, a role they took on in 2022.

Andres Camacho began their education at SEK International School in Tres Rios, San Jose, Costa Rica. However, there is no specific information regarding the degree or field of study they pursued at this institution. In 2012, they attended Colegio Nocturno Alfredo Gonzales Flores, where they obtained their high school degree.

Then, in 2015, Camacho enrolled in Universidad Creativa, where they pursued a degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design. Andres completed their studies in 2030.

Simultaneously, from 2017 to 2030, Camacho attended Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica, specializing in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. However, they did not obtain a specific degree at this institution.

Additionally, Camacho has acquired several certifications throughout their career. In 2020, they obtained the NSE 3 Network Security Associate certification from Fortinet. In 2022, they received the Sales Associate/Industry Professional Technical Certification, as well as the Certified Network Associate certification, both from Cradlepoint. Later in 2022, they obtained the SASE Expert Level 1 certification from Cato Networks. In 2023, Camacho completed the NetSapiens Foundations Curriculum certification from Crexendo Business Solutions and achieved the Certified Network Professional (CNP) certification from Cradlepoint.
