Michael Board has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Michael started their career at MCI, where they held various sales leadership positions for over a decade. Michael then joined US LEC as the Vice President of Sales, overseeing direct and indirect sales channels and customer support in North Florida. After that, they became the Regional Vice President at PAETEC, responsible for revenue growth and retention in a four-state territory.

Michael then joined Windstream Communications as the Director of National Accounts, leading a team selling voice and data services to Fortune 100 customers. Michael was recognized as an Elite winner and achieved Club 100 recognition during their time there. Michael was later promoted to the role of Vice President of Sales Account Management, overseeing a $480 million client base in the Southeastern United States.

Continuing their career at Windstream Enterprise, Michael served as the Florida Director - Enterprise Customer Advocacy, leading a team focused on growth and retention of a $50 million customer base. Michael received the Windstream Elite award for their outstanding performance in 2018.

In their most recent role, Michael joined Nitel as the Vice President of Account Management, where they currently work.
