Christy Connelly

Christy Connelly, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Confluent Medical Technologies since July 2022. Previously, Christy was a Professional Advisor at FutureSolve, where advisory services were provided for HR challenges. From January 1998 to March 2022, Christy worked at Centaur Technology, Inc., where responsibilities included building the HR function, managing strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and compliance with regulations. Prior to that, roles included Executive Assistant-HR Administrator at Centaur and Agent Services Specialist at Marketing Systems Group. Early experience involved serving as a Senior Administrator at Educators' Retirement & Annuity Services. Christy holds a BS in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and an MS in Therapeutic Recreation from Texas State University.
