Azad Ferdous has extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and sales administration, currently serving as a Senior Executive at NITOL MOTORS LTD. since September 2014, where responsibilities include market share analysis, sales manpower maintenance, and coordination with TATA Motors Bangladesh and the HR Department. Prior experience includes roles at the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission as an Officer in Monitoring & Evaluation and significant contributions at PRAN-RFL GROUP as a Sub Assistant Manager for Sales Administration, where Azad led a project on Mobile Order Monitoring. Previous roles include merchandizing at SE IL Co., Ltd., and DJ performance, along with early experience as a Call Center Agent. Azad holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Jagannath University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
