Previously, Simon held the position of Head of Gas at Energi Danmark Group from August 2017 to August 2020, and played a key role at Danske Commodities from July 2011 to August 2016, where responsibilities included Director, Head of Gas, and various trading and operations roles. Simon holds a Master of Science in Finance and Economics from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, attained between 2009 and 2011, alongside an educational background in HHX.
