Joshua McEnaney's work experience begins in 2015 when they joined Stanford University as a Postdoctoral Researcher. Joshua remained in this role until 2020.
In 2018, Joshua co-founded Nitricity, a startup based at Stanford University. As a Co-Founder, they played a key role in developing and implementing electrochemical innovations in the nitrogen fertilizer industry. Nitricity's mission is to provide universal access to nitrogen fertilizer by producing it on-site and on-demand using air, water, and renewable electricity.
Joshua McEnaney obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry from 2007 to 2011. Joshua then pursued further education at Penn State University, where they completed their Doctor of Philosophy degree in Chemistry from 2011 to 2015.
