Cleiton MacEdo

Cleiton Macedo is an experienced industrial maintenance and planning technician with a focus on enhancing equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Currently serving as a Técnico de Planejamento e Controle de Manutenção Industrial at Nitro since March 2022, Cleiton oversees maintenance planning for large-scale shutdowns in various industrial plants. Previously, Cleiton worked at RIP Serviços Industriais from April 2021 to September 2022 as a mechanical maintenance technician, ensuring equipment compliance and implementing preventative and corrective maintenance strategies, including lean six sigma methodologies. Earlier experience includes a role at Cfc Componentes Termofixos from September 2012 to March 2017, where Cleiton was responsible for quality control in the production of thermoset electrical insulators and managed machine setup and maintenance. Cleiton holds a Superior Tecnólogo degree in Manutenção Industrial from Fatec Sebrae and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul.
