Rodrigo Porto has been working in the automotive industry since 2007. Rodrigo began their career at Honda Brasil as a Senior Service Consultant, where they were responsible for developing and controlling new strategic service projects, creating Net & Loss studies for dealerships, and creating the "Manuais Ecologicamente Corretos" project. In 2010, they moved to Nissan Motor Corporation as a Senior Aftersales Representative, where they were responsible for coordinating dealership support activities, developing assessment reports, and following up on parts and accessories sales performance. In 2011, they joined Harley-Davidson Motor Company as a District Manager, where they were the dealerships' single point of contact for motorcycles sales, aftersales, merchandising, parts, accessories, and customers' satisfaction. In 2015, they joined Jaguar Land Rover América Latina e Caribe as the Head of Sales and Planning and Aftersales Manager, where they managed sales and planning for Latin America, coordinated regional managers teams, and negotiated targets and incentives with headquarters, importers, and dealerships. In 2018, they moved to Nitzsche Consultoria as a Dealer Performance Consultant. In 2019, they joined Hyundai Motor Brasil as the Customer Care & Service Marketing Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined MSX International as a Program Manager for FordPass Rewards / Lincoln Access Rewards, a Program Manager for Lincoln Access Rewards, and a Senior Program Coordinator for FordPass Rewards. In 2022, they joined NITS Solutions as a Product Manager.

Rodrigo Porto has an impressive education history. Rodrigo obtained a Mechanical Engineer degree from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia in 2003, following a Service Administration Specialization from Fundação Vanzolini in 2006. Rodrigo then earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração in 2013. Most recently, they obtained a Certificate in Business Analytics from Cornell University in 2020.
