Sam Strijckmans

Sam Strijckmans is the EVP at Nitto. Sam was previously the Senior Vice President - President & CEO EMEA Region at Nitto Denko Corporation from June 2017 to May 2021. Before that, they were the Vice President - President & CEO EMEA Region from June 2016 to May 2017. Sam was also the Vice President - Corporate Finance from June 2014 to May 2016, and the Executive Director Nitto Bento from July 2012 to June 2014. Prior to that, Sam Strijckmans was the Chief Financial Officer Nitto Belgium from April 2006 to June 2012, and before that they were the General Manager Finance & Administration Nitto Belgium from April 2004 to March 2006. Sam started their career at Eastman Chemical Company as the Finance Director Pharmaceutical Division from August 2000 to March 2004, and then as the Finance Manager Canada from July 1999 to August 2000. Sam began their career as a Financial Analyst from September 1997 to July 1999, and before that they were an Auditor at KPMG from September 1994 to August 1997.

Sam Strijckmans attended the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, where they earned their MBA in Management - Finance. Sam also holds a Master's Degree in Commercial and Financial Sciences from the University of Leuven, as well as a Master's Degree in Commercial and Consular Sciences from the same school. Finally, they have a Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Sciences from the University of Leuven.

Their manager is Hideo Takasaki, President & CEO. They are on a team with Atsushi Ukon - SVP, Katsuyoshi Jo - VP, and Kenjiro Asuma - VP.
