Deepak Pal has extensive experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Deepak worked as a Principal Consultant/Talent Acquisition/Talent Sourcing at Nityo Infotech Services, where they closely collaborated with hiring managers and handled numerous big clients in various regions such as Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and more. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Operations Specialist at Beyond Illustration IT, where they managed end-to-end recruitment processes and effectively sourced and screened candidates. Deepak also worked as a Senior Analyst at Heidrick & Struggles, a US-based executive search and leadership consulting firm, where they covered APAC, US, Middle East, and PAN India locations and assisted clients with candidate mapping, executive search, talent mapping, and market research.

Deepak Pal earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from DAV PG Collage from 2008 to 2011. During the same period, they also pursued a BSIM degree in Computer Science from the National Institute Of Information Technology in Delhi. Deepak completed high school at Army Public School. Deepak also holds an MBA in Business Analytics from GLA University. In 2011, they became Oracle Certified.
