Nirupama Sarkar has extensive experience in recruitment and talent search. Nirupama worked as a Team Lead Recruitment at Nityo Infotech Services from June 2018 to present. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Recruitment Executive at Nuvista Technologies Pte.Ltd. from July 2017 to May 2018, where they handled technical IT and non-IT requirements for the APAC region, specifically in Singapore and Malaysia. Before that, they worked at SEED Infotech Ltd. as a Talent Search specialist from April 2014 to July 2017. Additionally, they worked as an HR Recruiter at KVI Group (Kapital Ventures & Infrastructure) from December 2012 to December 2013.

Nirupama Sarkar completed their Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) degree in Computer Science from the College of Science and Management Studies, Chandrapur, during the period of 2008-2011. Before that, they pursued their higher secondary education (HSC) in Science from OFHSS Chanda in 2008 and completed their secondary education (SSC) in General field of study from the same school in 2006.
