Steven Bai

Steven Bai has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Steven has worked at NIU Technologies since 2022 as the GTM&Sales operation Director, where they manage the go-to-market process for new products, formulates sales and price strategies. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2022, Steven worked at Xiaomi, where they held various roles including Head of GTM, Global Product Lead, and NPI Program Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for product definition, evaluation, and launch, with a focus on wearables and personal mobility products. Before Xiaomi, Steven worked at Nokia Networks from 2006 to 2015, first as an NPI manager and then as a Test method leader. In these roles, they managed NPI projects, facilitated communication between teams, and provided technical support to customers. Overall, Steven has a strong background in go-to-market strategies, product management, and NPI project management.

Steven Bai attended Beihang University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned their bachelor's degree in computer science and technology. From 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in the Florida International University - BeiHang University IC Design Program, specializing in electrical engineering.
