Alma Browne

Alma Browne is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Nium since March 2023, Alma leads HR initiatives for a global leader in modern payment solutions. Prior to this role, Alma held the position of VP, People at Phrasee, significantly enhancing marketing message automation. Alma's previous experience includes serving as HR Business Partner - International at Snap Inc., Global HR Business Partner and Head of HR for APAC Tigers at Groupon, and Human Resource Business Partner for Asia at ESPN STAR Sports. Alma began the HR career as an HR Specialist at Google, where recognition for corporate culture and employee satisfaction was prominent. Alma holds a Master's in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's in Corporate Law from the University of Galway.
