Ashley Bradfield

Ashley Bradfield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event production, talent management, and community engagement. As the Co-Founder of Crash & C-Mac Productions, a women-owned live music production company, Ashley oversees various aspects including talent buying and event logistics. In addition to co-founding the company, Ashley has a long-standing role as an Event Producer at Bradfield Consulting, where notable clients include nonprofit organizations and the National Independent Venue Association. Currently, Ashley serves as the Director of Staffing for NIVA, managing recruitment and training for event operations. Previous positions include Operations Manager for Women in Wine: Oregon, Program Manager for A Greater Applegate, and various roles in vineyard operations and digital strategy. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University and a certificate from Temple University.
