Justin Lesniak

Justin Lesniak is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Nivalis Energy Systems since May 2023. Prior roles include Engineering Technical Lead at AllCell Technologies, LLC, Calibration Supervisor at Stellantis, and various positions at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities included managing powertrain operations and delivering engine calibrations for major vehicle models. With a strong foundation in calibration engineering from AVL and General Motors, Justin holds a Master of Engineering in Energy Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
