Sydney M. Hubbard

Sydney M. Hubbard has a diverse work experience. In 2017, they began working as a Sushi Chef at Hy-Vee, Inc. where they fulfilled customer orders, made sushi and sushi ingredients, served Chinese food, organized and cleaned work-space, answered customer questions and requests, and helped team members in the department and Market Grille. In 2018, they took on the role of Production Assistant at Automated Motion, Inc., where they aided in the production and manufacturing of electrical units, including commercial airline oxygen masks and circuit boards. In 2019, they began working as a Chemistry and Math Tutor at Metropolitan Community College-Kansas City, helping other students understand course material and gain confidence for independent study and exam taking. They plan on returning to this position when they return to MCC in 2021. In 2021, they began working as a Sushi Chef at Hy-Vee, Inc. again, and in 2022, they took on the role of Customer Support Specialist at Nivati, as well as Spanish Tutor and Math Tutor and Supplemental Instruction for a Calculus I course at Metropolitan Community College-Kansas City.

Sydney M. Hubbard's education history includes obtaining an Associate's degree from Metropolitan Community College-Longview in Engineering from 2021 to 2022, attending Metropolitan Community College-Longview for Engineering from 2018 to 2019, obtaining a High School Diploma from Summit Technology Academy in Engineering from 2016 to 2018, and obtaining a High School Diploma from Raytown South Sr. High School from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, Sydney M. Hubbard obtained a Certified Level I Tutor certification from the College Reading & Learning Association in May 2019.
