Kousik Saha

Kousik Saha has extensive work experience in packaging development, with their most recent role as the Head - Packaging Development Emerging Market at NIVEA INDIA. In this role, they led the strategic innovation and productivity agenda for Beiersdorf AG in the Near East region. Prior to that, they were an Associate Director-Head Packaging Commercialization at PepsiCo, where they developed strategies for the commercialization of PET moulds and innovation packs across manufacturing plants in the India subcontinent. Kousik also led packaging productivity initiatives for the organization. Before PepsiCo, Kousik worked at Procter & Gamble as a Senior Scientist in Packaging Development. Kousik Saha completed their postgraduate degree in Packaging Technology from the Indian Institute of Packaging in Mumbai between 1998 and 2000. Before that, Kousik attended Hooghly Collegiate School, but no additional information about their degree or field of study is available.
