Pushya Francis

Pushya Francis currently serves as the Shopper and Customer Marketing Lead at NIVEA INDIA since August 2023. Prior to this role, Pushya held positions including Assistant Marketing Manager for Pet Specialty Retail at Mars from June 2022 to August 2023, and Trade Marketing Manager - Pan India at Dorf Ketal from December 2021 to June 2022. Pushya's experience also encompasses a significant tenure at Philip Morris International, focusing on Trade Marketing in the West Region, and various roles at ITC Limited, including Sales Management Trainee. Pushya began a career in marketing with an internship at Colgate-Palmolive. Pushya holds a B.Sc in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai and an MBA in Marketing from St. Francis Institute of Management and Research.
