Andréa Bó is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the consumer health and personal care industries. Currently serving as the Marketing Director at BDF NIVEA BRASIL since August 2017, Andréa previously held the role of Marketing Director for Home & Personal Care Products at Flora Cosméticos e Limpeza. Andréa’s tenure at Johnson & Johnson included significant achievements as the Marketing Director for Consumer Products, overseeing multiple franchises, achieving double-digit growth, and leading the OTC Latin America marketing efforts. Prior experience includes positions at Sanofi-Aventis, Glaxo Smith Kline, Bausch & Lomb, Mondelēz Brasil, and SC Johnson Wax, demonstrating a robust track record in strategic marketing, innovation, and team leadership. Andréa holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
