Christy MacLeod

Christy MacLeod has extensive experience in human resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Christy began their career at PerkinElmer as a Human Resources Director from 1999 to 2006. Christy then joined Johnson & Johnson, where they served as the Head of HR for J&J Acquisitions & Divestitures IMO and Change & Communications. In this role, they were responsible for developing HR strategies aligned with business goals and overseeing change management and communication efforts. Christy also led the HR function for J&J Vision Care and played a key role in integrating Abbott Medical Optics into the business. Additionally, they served as the Director of Human Resources for the Americas Region and Innovation, where they developed and executed HR plans supporting business objectives. Currently, MacLeod holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Nivel Parts and Manufacturing, where they are responsible for strategic workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement, among other responsibilities.

Christy MacLeod completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Communications at Clemson University from 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued a Master of Human Resources degree from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, which they earned in 1995.
