Daniel Saiz

Daniel Saiz has extensive experience in IT services and management. Daniel is currently the Director of IT Services at Nivel Parts and Manufacturing. Prior to this, they held various roles at Apex Tool Group, LLC, including Senior Manager of IT Global Service Desk and IT Manager of Service Desk Americas. In these roles, they were responsible for managing a 24x7 IT service desk, supporting backend systems and customer-end devices. Daniel also successfully planned and managed the Windows 10 rollout for a global team and negotiated pricing for and deployed ServiceNow for the company.

Daniel Saiz attended ITT Technical Institute from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Electronics Engineering.
