Joe Reyes

Joe Reyes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joe started their career as a Residence Hall Security Staff/Supervisor at Northern Illinois University, where they enforced university policies and ensured resident safety. Joe then worked as a Day Shift Data Entry Operator/Supervisor at Prostaff Personnel Svc, where they processed invoices and managed a team of data entry operators.

Joe later joined RTC as a Project Manager, overseeing the completion of custom displays and store fixtures for various clients, and working with different departments to ensure projects were completed on time and within budget. Joe then worked at The Carlson Group as a Project Manager, where they oversaw the completion of custom displays and had the opportunity to travel to China for manufacturing.

In 2010, Joe joined Niven as a Sr. Project Manager, where they professionally managed projects and programs, handling areas such as estimating, purchasing, timelines, quality control, and planning. Joe is known for being a thorough communicator. Additionally, Joe has been actively involved in the Northwest Filipino Baptist Church, serving as an elder and fulfilling various roles such as Deacon and Chairman.
