Dr. Kevin Joy Dsouza

Dr. Kevin Joy Dsouza is a seasoned professional in cloud computing and artificial intelligence, currently serving as a Cloud Expert at Niveus Solutions since June 2021. Dr. Dsouza has led the development of AI-based proofs of concept using Google Vertex AI, designed generative AI chatbots, and spearheaded comprehensive solutions for contact centers. Previous roles include Cloud Leader and Cloud Specialist, establishing a Machine Learning team and developing innovative video analytics products. Academic experience includes positions as an Assistant Professor at ST. Joseph Engineering College and Yenepoya Institute of Technology, alongside founding VISIONEST Innovation Labs, focusing on machine learning and digital solutions. Dr. Dsouza holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Deep Learning and Computer Vision, along with Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from esteemed institutions.
