Nacho Rodrigo Mateo

Nacho Rodrigo Mateo is an experienced human resources professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as HRD and Co-Founder at Nivimu since March 2019 and as the Founder of SPAINHR since January 2018. Previously, Nacho held leadership roles in renowned hospitality brands, including Director of Human Resources at Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas from December 2020 to April 2022, and People Director at MAFIBIZA from October 2018 to October 2020. Nacho's extensive experience also includes positions at Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay, IBZJOBS, the Ayuntamiento de Ibiza, and Palladium Hotel Group. Nacho's academic background encompasses degrees in Law from Universidad Europea and Universidad Complutense de Madrid, as well as a diploma in Accounting and Financial Cooperatives from the University of Valencia.
