Joel Callaway

Joel Callaway is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in technology operations and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Nivoda since November 2024, Joel previously held the position of Head of IT Operations at Cazoo from February 2019 to August 2024, where responsibilities included the development of corporate IT platforms, deployment of comprehensive IT infrastructure across multiple locations, and management of IT aspects during company acquisitions. Prior roles include IT Operations Manager at Zoopla, where Joel specialized in cloud computing and website operations, and Systems and Performance Engineer at Realestate.com.au. Joel's early career began in the Royal Australian Navy as a Communications Officer. Joel holds a Diploma of Systems Technology from Spherion Technology.
