Christian Zammit

Christian Zammit is a seasoned hydrologist with extensive experience in the field, currently serving at NIWA since October 2010. At NIWA, Christian specializes in the NZ Water Model and its applications while assessing the impacts of hydro-electric activities on water quality and mahinga kai. Prior to this role, Christian worked as a hydrologist at AECOM Australia Pty Ltd and held positions as a mathematical modeller and hydrologist at the Department of Water between 2002 and 2007. Christian holds both a Master of Science in Small Scale Hydrology and a Doctor of Philosophy in Soil Physics, both from the University Joseph Fourier in France.
