Kath Hollins

Kath Hollins is an experienced professional in human resources and facilities management, currently serving as the People and Capability Manager and HR Manager at NIWA since February 2017. Prior to this role, Kath held various positions at Unitec Institute of Technology from October 2004 to February 2017, including Manager of Facilities Management Services and Senior HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included oversight of budget analysis and employee relations. Previous experience also includes serving as a Business Advisor for HR at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise during a significant merger and as a Human Resources Officer at Auckland District Court. Kath holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Bristol and a Diploma in Personnel Management from Kingston University.
