Megan Scott serves as the Interim General Manager of People & Capability at NIWA starting January 2025, following a role as People and Capability Manager from April 2024 to August 2024. Earlier roles include People & Performance Group Manager and General Manager of Human Resources at Livestock Improvement Corporation, as well as various HR positions at Fonterra and New Zealand Dairy Group. Megan holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Waikato, complemented by executive education in Leading Transformational Change from Melbourne Business School.
