Angela Kirlin

Angela Kirlin has a diverse work experience background. Angela started their career at Cintas in 2006, where they worked as a Management Trainee before transitioning to the role of Human Resources Manager. After leaving Cintas in 2011, they joined the Scott County Economic Development Corporation in 2012 as an Adult Education Director. In this role, they managed the Adult Education program for six counties in Indiana, handled recruitment and hiring processes, and wrote media releases for the program. Angela also had experience in grant writing, successfully securing a $1 million grant for the organization. In 2017, they joined River Valley Resources Inc as the Director of Operations, and later became the Adult Education Director. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Nix Companies, where they have been working since 2018.

Angela Kirlin has an education history that includes a Master's of Arts degree in Human Resources Training and Development from Indiana State University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Indiana State University from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, Angela holds certifications in SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, which they obtained in February 2023, and Adult Mental Health and First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, which they obtained in April 2022.
