Michael Baer

Michael Baer, MBA, serves as a Senior Estimator at NIX since March 2021. With extensive experience at George Koch Sons, LLC from June 2007 to February 2021, Michael held the positions of Manufacturing Supervisor and Design Engineer, focusing on recruiting, training, and managing production teams to ensure projects remained on budget and on time. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana and both a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Supervision and an Associate of Science in Industrial Technology from the same institution and Ivy Tech Community College, respectively.
