Anthony Barron

Anthony Barron is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in litigation, currently serving as the Partner and Chair of the Litigation Department at Nixon Peabody LLP since November 2008. In this role, Anthony leads a team of over 300 professionals specializing in complex commercial disputes, intellectual property, labor and employment, government investigations, white-collar defense, construction and real estate litigation, as well as privacy and technology. Prior to Nixon Peabody LLP, Anthony was a Partner at Thelen LLP, where a legal career began as a first-year associate in the construction group in 1990, eventually being elected partner in 1998. Anthony holds a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Williams College.
