Charles Dyke

Charles Dyke is a Partner and the ERISA Litigation Practice Leader at Nixon Peabody LLP, a position held since November 2014. With extensive experience in ERISA litigation, Charles Dyke specializes in defending complex class actions related to fees and investments, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and prosecuting fraud cases against service providers.
