Dawn Valentine

Dawn Valentine is a seasoned attorney specializing in commercial litigation, with a focus on bad faith litigation, coverage disputes, and unfair business practice claims. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Nixon Peabody LLP since January 2017, Dawn previously held a similar position at Gordon & Rees LLP from May 2014 to December 2015, managing day-to-day operations of significant litigation cases. Dawn's extensive experience also includes a partnership at Barger & Wolen LLP, where a diverse practice encompassed contractual disputes, qui tam actions, and agent-broker claims from September 1999 to May 2013.
