Denise Dicicco Pursley

Denise Dicicco Pursley, Esq. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law, currently serving as a Real Estate Partner and former Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group at Nixon Peabody LLP since November 1991. Specializing in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, management, and financing across various asset classes, Denise has worked with an array of industries, including commercial real estate, healthcare, institutional investment, energy, and telecommunications. Previous legal experience includes an associate position at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP from August 1988 to November 1991. In earlier roles, Denise gained expertise in broadcasting as a videotape editor at WNBC-TV, CNN, and WUFT-TV. Denise holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Management from the University of Florida.
