Ethan Trull

Ethan Trull is a partner at Nixon Peabody LLP, where responsibilities include leading a team of 40 lawyers and defining the vision and strategy for the Litigation Department. Since February 2008, Ethan has served as the Commercial Litigation Co-Practice Group Leader and a member of the Policy Committee following the merger of Ungaretti & Harris LLP with Nixon Peabody LLP. Previously, Ethan held various roles at Cardinal Health from 1996 to 2008, including Vice President, Associate General Counsel, overseeing global litigation matters and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Earlier experience includes serving as a Litigation Associate at Seyfarth Shaw LLP from 1988 to 1996. Ethan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Doctor of Law from Loyola University Chicago.
