Lissa Israel

Lissa Israel currently serves as an IT Administrative & Services Coordinator at Nixon Peabody LLP since December 2024. Previously, Lissa held the role of Director of Sales Support at Platinum Telecom, LLC from March 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included life cycle management of accounts and streamlining support for sales representatives. Lissa also served as Director of Sales Support at Platinum Wireless, LLC and Platinum Network Solutions, in addition to a long tenure at AT&T Mobility, where responsibilities included managing customer care services for a portfolio of business clients. Lissa holds a degree from the University of Memphis and graduated from Immaculate Conception Cathedral High School in Memphis.
