Malcolm B. Morse

Malcolm B. Morse currently serves as an Associate at Nixon Peabody LLP since August 2021, previously holding the position of Affordable Housing Law Clerk. Prior to this role, Malcolm worked at the D.C. Mayor's Office of Legal Counsel as a Law Clerk from June 2019 to July 2021 and served on the Board of Young Adult Volunteers with the Presbyterian Mission Agency from March 2021 to June 2022. Malcolm obtained a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where Malcolm also contributed as Editor in Chief of the Georgetown Journal of Law & Modern Critical Race Perspectives. Earlier experience includes roles as an HDFC Housing Cooperative Asset Manager at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development and as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at the NYU Furman Center. Malcolm holds a Master’s Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from New York University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and English from Morehouse College.
