Meghan Altidor

Meghan Altidor is a Partner at Nixon Peabody LLP, where since September 2007, representation has focused on for-profit developers and non-profit organizations in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and operation of affordable housing projects across the United States, specializing in complex financing mechanisms including tax-exempt bonds and various government subsidies. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate and Summer Associate at Nixon Peabody LLP, a Law Clerk at Public Advocates handling civil rights cases, and internships at the Fair Housing Center of Greater Boston, the Legal Resources Centre in Ghana, and the U.S. Department of Justice, where responsibilities spanned research, legislative analysis, and communications management. Meghan holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, a Master in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.
