Noah Lebowitz

Noah Lebowitz is an Associate in the Public Finance and Project Finance Practice Group at Nixon Peabody LLP, a position held since October 2016. Prior to this role, Noah served as Assistant County Executive for Monroe County from November 2012 to September 2013, and as Campaign Manager for Maggie Brooks for Congress from May 2012 to November 2012. Earlier experience includes the role of Director of Communications for Monroe County from January 2008 to May 2012, where responsibilities included serving as County Spokesman and Communications & Policy Advisor to the County Executive, as well as speech writing. Noah holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center, earned between 2013 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester, completed in 2006.
