Valerie Montague

Valerie Montague is a Partner in the Healthcare Department at Nixon Peabody LLP, where a practice focuses on HIPAA and health information privacy, regulatory compliance, and nonprofit governance and tax exemption. With extensive experience assisting healthcare providers and business associates in complying with HIPAA and the HITECH Act, Valerie supervises aspects such as policy development, workforce training, breach analysis, and OCR investigations. Prior to the current role, Valerie served as an Associate at Ungaretti & Harris LLP and Michael Best & Friedrich LLP.
