Mike Schindler

Mike Schindler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in aftermarket operations and sales management. Currently serving as the Director of Aftermarket Operations at Nixon Power Services since March 2020, Mike has held various titles including Aftermarket OpEx and Business Support Manager and Aftermarket Operations Manager. Previously, Mike worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Wil-Ro, Inc. from April 2017 to March 2020 and as a Business Unit Manager at AdelWiggins Group from November 2014 to March 2017. Earlier in the career, Mike gained a diverse background at Joy Global, where roles included Project Manager, Manager Aftermarket Distribution, and Material Analyst from June 2008 to November 2014. Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 2003 and 2007.
