Barry Clements

Barry Clements currently serves as the Vice President of Associate Engagement and Development at Nixon Medical Apparel & Linen Service Specialists, focusing on associate engagement, development, and retention initiatives. Previous roles include Interim General Manager of the Texas Division at Nixon Medical, Chief Executive Officer of Moore Landscapes, and Senior Vice President at Syn, where Clements managed a $180 million P&L for a leading biosolids services provider. Experience also includes positions at Nixon Uniform Service & Medical Wear, Ambius, Cintas Corporation, Ford Motor Company, and service as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Clements holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
