Jeffry Nelson is an experienced Intellectual Property Attorney with over three decades of legal practice at Nixon & Vanderhye P.C., where tenure began in January 1990. Prior to this role, Jeffry served as a Patent Trial Attorney at the US Department of Justice from 1983 to 1990. Academically, Jeffry holds a Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School, obtained between 1979 and 1982, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, completed in 1979.
