Rob Truelsen

Rob Truelsen is an experienced professional in the field of program and project management with a focus on FEMA’s risk analysis and mapping initiatives. Currently serving as a Client Delivery Manager at Niyam IT since September 2022, Truelsen provides business analyst application support to FEMA's Risk MAP Program. Prior to this role, Truelsen held positions as Regional Program Manager at Deloitte and Acclivity Associates, delivering on-site program management to FEMA Region V’s Risk Analysis Branch. Additional experience includes serving as a Sr. GIS Analyst at Stantec, where management of FEMA's Mapping Information Platform was a key responsibility, and earlier roles focused on GIS support and floodplain mapping for FEMA’s Map Modernization Program. Truelsen began a career in administration and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Iowa.
