Troy Schmidt

Troy Schmidt currently serves as the Director of Emerging Technologies at Niyam IT since April 2023. Previously, from August 2014 to March 2023, Troy held the position of Senior Software Developer and DevOps Manager at FACTOR, INC., where adept leadership of cross-functional teams resulted in the successful execution and delivery of projects through Scrum/Agile methodologies. Prior to that, from 2001 to August 2014, Troy was the GIS Applications Manager at GRW | engineering | architecture | geospatial, focusing on the development of GIS applications and the training and installation of ESRI software for clients. Troy holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
