Jagadish B has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Niyo Solutions Inc. since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jagadish was a Partner at Thinksynq Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from March 2019 to June 2022. Jagadish's career includes a significant tenure at Vodafone, where roles ranged from Senior Vice President and HR Business Partner to Head of Talent Acquisition and Circle HR Head, focusing on transformational people agendas, talent acquisition strategies, and performance culture. Earlier, Jagadish was the Head of HR for Bharti Airtel Ltd.'s Kerala Circle from June 2004 to December 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work with a specialization in Human Resources from Madras School of Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from Loyola College.
