Courtney Woodward has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Courtney started their career at AIDS Housing Corporation as a Project Manager, where they worked from October 2006 to March 2009. Courtney then joined Harbor Health Services as an Access and Outreach Specialist in 2009. In 2010, they moved on to work at Mount Auburn Hospital as a Manager of Mount Auburn Professional Services, leading an outpatient Internal Medicine practice and achieving significant growth in revenue and patient volume. Following this, they joined New West Physicians in 2013 as an Operations Support Manager, where they played a vital role in strategic planning, policy implementation, and collaborating with executive leaders. In 2015, Courtney joined athenahealth as a Quality Performance Manager, responsible for overseeing performance and ensuring quality care. Courtney most recently held senior leadership positions at Innovive Health, first as the Director of Operations from November 2018 to March 2020, and then as the Senior Director of Data Analytics & Operations, where they currently work. Overall, Courtney has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise throughout their career.
Courtney Woodward began their education at Boston University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree between the years 2000 and 2004. Courtney later pursued a Masters in Health Administration (MHA) degree from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School from 2006 to 2009. In 2012 to 2013, they attended the University of Colorado Denver and obtained a Health Information Technology Sub-Specialist Certificate. Currently, Courtney is enrolled in the Master of Health Care Delivery Science Program at Dartmouth, pursuing a Master's degree, with an expected completion in 2023.
