Malone Soeun

Malone Soeun's work experience begins with a role as a Barback at Patrice Roux Bartending in 2014, followed by working as a Short Term Disability Claims Intern at Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2015. In 2014-2015, they also held roles as an Administrative Assistant in the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership at the University of New Hampshire and as part of UNH Audiovisual Services. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Short Term Disability Case Manager, where they were a direct point of contact for five customers with over 500k lives and achieved cost savings through risk management resources. In 2018, they transitioned to Lincoln Financial Group as an LTD Specialist I, responsible for further cost savings and demonstrating and training the LTD team and management during a phone system transition. Their most recent work experience is as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Innovive Health starting in 2021.

Malone Soeun obtained a Master's degree in Data Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University, which they attended from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Business at the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Tableau. Malone became a Tableau Desktop Specialist in September 2022 and achieved the status of Tableau Certified Data Analyst in March 2023.
