Ann Stijnman

Ann Stijnman is an experienced project manager specializing in food applications at NIZO Food Research since 2006, focusing on international, solution-driven, and customer-oriented contract research, new product development, reformulation, knowledge transfer, and training. Prior to this role, Ann worked as a researcher at Givaudan from 1985 to 2002, where the focus was on flavor chemistry and sensory science. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in food chemistry and food technology from Wageningen University & Research (2002-2005) and a Bachelor's Degree in analytical chemistry from Hogeschool (1980-1983).
