Ann Stijnman is an experienced project manager specializing in food applications at NIZO Food Research since 2006, focusing on international, solution-driven, and customer-oriented contract research, new product development, reformulation, knowledge transfer, and training. Prior to this role, Ann worked as a researcher at Givaudan from 1985 to 2002, where the focus was on flavor chemistry and sensory science.
