Anneloes Groenenboom is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the fields of fermentation and quality engineering. Currently serving as Project Manager for Fermentation at NIZO since February 2022, Anneloes previously held roles as Operational Quality Engineer at RB and Assistant Operator at Bel. Anneloes has a strong academic background, with a PhD focused on microbial communities in traditional fermented products from Wageningen University & Research, along with postdoctoral research in microbial community dynamics in fermented milk. Additional experience includes roles as a trainee at Nestle S.A. and a teaching assistant, complemented by multiple master's degrees in food-related disciplines from various institutions.
